The first contract section of Lianzhu Expressway (K1 109 560 ~ K1 111 907.207 from Lianhua Chong to Liling Banshan) adopts the first-class highway standard, with a design speed of 80 km/h and a length of 2.3472km. Design load: BZZ-100; Subgrade width 21.5m. The pavement structure is a new type of pavement structure design with bio-enzyme soil solidified cushion, sub-base, base and multi-element multi-modified roller compacted concrete surface layer.

Report on Application for Change of Pavement Cushion and Subbase Structure Scheme of Jishou West Connection Line of Yongji Expressway

The subgrade of the 19th contract section of Yongshun-Jishou Expressway is about to be completed. In view of the fact that this section is one of the main transportation channels for the subsequent main line construction and connects Jifeng Industrial Park in Jishou City, several villages and towns along the route are all accessed by this road. In order to ensure the passage without damaging the completed subgrade, based on the principles of economy, rationality, applicability and environmental protection, closely combining with the characteristics of the section, adjusting measures to local conditions, reasonably selecting materials and making full use of the abandoned weathered gravel along the line, it is proposed to popularize and apply the new technology of bio-enzyme soil solidification in the section L2K 0 000-L2K 10 300 of the 19th contract section of Yongji expressway to meet the current work.

Hunan Province Science and Technology Major Special Project "Research and Demonstration of Key Technologies of Bio-enzyme Soil Solidification Road Construction" (2010FJ1008) is organized and implemented in strict accordance with the relevant management requirements of Hunan Province Science and Technology Major Special Project, as well as the requirements of the plan and project contract, with Hunan Transportation Research Institute as the lead unit, together with Tairan Lutong Technology Co., Ltd. Zhangjiajie tourism and township road connecting line composite structure road hardening project

This highway project is a township road connecting Yehuo Village, Zhonghu Township, Wulingyuan District, Zhangjiajie, with a length of about 3.2 kilometers and a main driving area of 4.5 meters wide. The highway passes through important areas such as farmland, mountainous forest belt and villagers' houses, and is a main trunk line for the development of regional economy. Villagers along the line have a strong desire to build hardened roads, upgrade roads, improve traffic conditions, and develop the economy.
