This highway project is a highway construction project from Leijiapo to Fengxiangping Village, Tianwan Township, Chenxi County. The road between the two villages, a total length of 5.1km. Among them, K 0 000-K 1 800 of this section of road has previously completed a 3.5m wide water concrete pavement. Now the original foundation roadbed is widened by 3m, the surface layer is widened by 1.5m, the base layer is widened by 2m, and the cushion layer is widened by 2.5m. The rest sections are simple roads built during coal geological exploration, with steep bends and steep slopes, with a width of only about 3 meters.
