The first contract section of Lianzhu Expressway (K1 109 560 ~ K1 111 907.207 from Lianhua Chong to Liling Banshan) adopts the first-class highway standard, with a design speed of 80 km/h and a length of 2.3472km. Design load: BZZ-100; Subgrade width 21.5m. The pavement structure is a new type of pavement structure design with bio-enzyme soil solidified cushion, sub-base, base and multi-element multi-modified roller compacted concrete surface layer.
"Research on the Intelligence and Industrialization of Key Equipment for Road Construction with Bioenzyme Soil Solidification Complete Technology" is a scientific and technological progress and innovation project of Hunan Provincial Department of Transportation and Hunan Provincial Department of Science and Technology in 2016, with Lianzhu Highway as its supporting project. Biological enzyme soil curing subbase, base and multiple modified roller compacted concrete surface layer of the new road construction technology has been in Changxiang, Changshao Lou, Longyong, Yongji and other highways have been studied and applied. In order to further apply and popularize this road construction technology, Lianzhu Company and the Director's Office have decided to adopt a new road construction technology of bio-enzyme soil solidified subbase, base and multi-modified roller compacted concrete surface layer in section K1 109 560 ~ K1 111 907.207 of Lianzhu Highway.
